GENE WALTERS
Vice President of Operations
Gene has been with Quality Insulation since June of 2000, bringing with him 19 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager for Silver Eagle, an Anheuser Busch distributor.
Gene’s responsibilities at Quality Insulation involve assuring productivity and efficiency while seeking to reduce costs. He manages other key employees within several departments, helping them achieve their company-wide goals.
Gene’s deep understanding of our products and services, as well as current industry trends, allows him to maximize benefits to our many customers.
Outside of work, Gene enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, golfing, and taking his wife and grandchildren out on Lake Conroe in his boat for a day of recreation and fun.
Jeff Winslow
Sales Manager
Jeff has been with Quality Insulation since 2013 and has worked in the construction industry since 1994, most notably as Division Manager for Masco-Truteam.
He is responsible for overseeing daily operations for the sales team throughout the state, including hiring and training sales staff, developing new business, and keeping his team informed of critical industry practices. Jeff is OSHA Certified, an Owens Corning® Certified Energy Expert®, and holds certifications in spray foam application as well as sales training.

When he’s not leading his sales team, Jeff enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.
Justin Uselton
Regional Operations Manager
Justin joined Quality Insulation in January of 2020 with 12 years of construction experience, including several years working in the Texas oilfields.
He focuses on ensuring accuracy and professionalism in his day-to-day responsibilities of job scheduling, job costing, materials procurement, business development and customer service. Justin also continues to build on his knowledge through courses in building code updates and new industry practices.
“The key to success in my job is organization, customer relations and the ability to adjust on the fly. I enjoy the fact that no day is exactly the same, because I like being a problem-solver.”
When it’s time to unwind, Justin can typically be found on the golf course or in a woodworking shop. He also enjoys spending much of his time relaxing and traveling.
Brandon Evans
Outside Sales - ProFoam
Brandon Evans, Outside Sales – ProFoam
With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Brandon is a seasoned Outside Sales Representative known for cultivating strong client relationships and delivering dependable, results-driven solutions. His approach is rooted in integrity, persistence, and a deep understanding of the industry’s evolving needs. Outside of work, Brandon is a devoted father who enjoys the outdoors—whether hunting, fishing, or simply appreciating nature. The same commitment and discipline he brings to his personal life are reflected in every professional interaction.
Chad Kirby
Operations Manager
Chad has been an integral part of the business since 2021, bringing with him a decade of experience in the spray foam industry and five years as CEO of his own company. In his current role as Operations Manager, he is responsible for keeping projects on track and on budget.
Chad’s favorite parts of the job are procurement, logistics and problem-solving. Because of his experience, knowledge and professionalism, he is able to lead our customers through the potentially stressful process of building a house or completing a complex commercial project with relative ease.
Chad and his family enjoy outdoor activities, especially anything having to do with water – like visiting beaches and spending time on the lake. He and his family also value any activities that serve their community and church.
Dustin Marshall
Operations Manager – Conroe
Dustin joined Quality Insulation in April 2021 as Warehouse Manager/Inside Sales, bringing with him 12 years of experience in the oilfield construction and drilling supplies industry. He quickly became the Operations Manager at our Conroe location.
Dustin is responsible for data entry, field takeoff, contract review, sales to operations and also serves as the administrative liaison between our office and those in the field.
His performance principle is simple. “I strive to get our customers through the job quickly and efficiently and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner so they can move on to the next project.”
Dustin loves to hunt, fish and spend time with his family.
Ricardo Galvan
Operations Manager – San Marcos
Ricardo came to Quality Insulation in January of 2023 from a commercial roofing background, where he was a crew manager.
At Quality Insulation Ricardo took on the role as field supervisor and hit the ground running. He was eager to learn insulation and it took him no time to pick up on it. After one year of being a field supervisor he jumped into the role of operations manager.
When Ricardo is not at work, he enjoys anything outdoors with his wife and two sons.
Mike Hill
Operations Manager - Quality Insulation Machines
Mike joined the Quality team in 2011 and currently does Research and Development for the Quality Insulation Machines arm of the business. In day-to-day operations, he oversees product being built from start to finish.
Mike knows the importance of customer service and always tries to ensure that all his customers are satisfied with the product purchased. He strongly believes in doing whatever it takes to meet or exceed customer expectations.
In his time away from work, Mike likes outdoor activities like hunting, fishing and riding horses. He also values his family time with grandchildren and likes to support them in their favorite pastime…horses.
John Dennis
Operations Manager – Dallas
John joined Quality Insulation in March of 2021 with a wealth of education and experience.
After graduating from ITT with and Electrical Engineering degree, he spent 15 years working in the oil and gas industry, first as a Field Supervisor, then Operations Manager and finally as Project Manager.
His day-to-day responsibilities at Quality Insulation include scheduling jobs, dispatching crews, and conducting job walks for our projects in the Dallas area.
John says that taking care of all customers is paramount and when he serves them well, that’s when he can take pride in his work.
Outside of work, John enjoys spending his time with his wife and three children.
Gordon Bowden
Operations Manager – Ft Worth
Gordon joined the Quality team in 2020 with 25 years of experience in the insulation industry, along with several years in retail management.
He oversees our insulation projects by verifying the correct application and specifications, as well as IEC codes for each. Gordon is responsible for confirming the crews, tools, equipment and materials so our projects can be completed accurately and efficiently.
Gordon grew up helping his grandfather as a brick mason, studied architecture/drafting design, and even received his insurance adjuster license, so he’s familiar with many different facets of the construction industry. In his current role, he enjoys sharing best practices and seeing projects through to completion…under budget whenever possible.
Gordon likes spending his free time with family, especially with his four children and five grandchildren. He also enjoys golf, fishing, hunting, rodeos and hanging out with friends at various music venues.
Christine Smith - Worley
Office Manager
Christine joined Quality Insulation in June of 2013, bringing over 30 years of accounting and office management experience to our team. Seven of those years were spent working with a general contractor where she acquired knowledge of the construction industry and construction accounting.
As office manager, she oversees multiple day-to-day functions, such as Quick Books Management, Accounts Receivable, Legal, and General office related questions and/or Issues. She also assists with contract reviews, banking, CPA Reporting, and accounts payable for all divisions within our organization.
“I believe delivering total customer satisfaction is required to be successful and that achieving that will always set us apart from others. The ability to multitask and adjust to an everchanging environment is key to making this happen and our staff is trained and prepared for whatever comes their way.”
Family is very important to Christine and much of her time away from work is spent with her mom, siblings, children, and grandchildren. She also likes to farm and hunt; she loves to be in the outdoors in general.
Kendra Norris
Administrative Assistant
Prior to joining Quality Insulation in October 2019, Kendra attended Lone Star Community College, then gained experience working in customer service and as a Pharmacy Technician.
Kendra believes customer service is a critical piece of everyone’s job. A team approach to customer service provides the opportunity to answer questions and satisfy the customer from the beginning to the end of a project. This unified approach to ensuring customer satisfaction helps keep customers returning.

Family life is very important to Kendra; outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. When time allows, she loves to ride dirt bikes, and take trips with her husband to their favorite island St. John, USVI.
Aaron Keating
Estimator
Aaron joined Quality Insulation in 2016. In previous roles, he worked in sales for construction rental equipment, commercial energy, and windows/doors. He also spent 10 years in transportation operations.
“I work hard to build ongoing relationships, because I do not want a customer to feel like a number. I want my customers to be partners — not just a source of income,” he says.
In his spare time, Aaron likes to play golf and spend time at the pool with his wife and child. His family loves traveling, having visited places like Germany, Jamaica and Ireland. As a Fort Worth native, Aaron supports his local teams, including the Cowboys, Rangers, Mavericks and Stars, as well as the TCU Horned Frogs.
BRANDON JENDRUSCH
Sales - Conroe
Brandon has been in the construction industry since graduating high school and has worked in the insulation industry since 2004, building his career from the ground up to become a leading salesman for the company today. He joined the Quality team in 2010 and has been an integral part of its growth ever since.
In his role, Brandon calls on customers, performs field measurements, completes plan takeoffs, and follows up to keep every project moving forward. He prides himself on finding solutions that fit each customer’s unique needs at a fair price. His passion for building strong relationships — especially in the multi-family sector — has been a key to his success.
“Every job, big or small, is personal to me. I treat it like it’s my own project. The more you do to take care of your customer, the stronger the relationship becomes,” he explains. Brandon lives by the mindset: “Don’t talk about it, be about it.”
A highlight of his career has been achieving eight consecutive months of over $1 million in sales — a testament to his dedication and drive.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife of 20 years, Jennifer, their son Caden, their daughter and her husband, and especially his three grandchildren. He also loves inshore saltwater fishing and hunting whenever he gets the chance.
Ricky Hargrove
Sales – Conroe
Ricky joined the team in 2021, bringing over 30 years of sales experience in various industries. He is responsible for getting timely and accurate proposals to our customers, which involves a lot of face-to-face and phone contact.
Ricky has always been in sales and has learned everything on the job, especially the value of good customer service. “The key to success is making sure your customers feel appreciated. They are an integral part of the company and treating them as such is crucial.”
He likes to support his grandchildren in their various sporting activities – one is in baseball, one is in softball and one is in motocross (top 10% in his class!).
Christian Perez
Sales Associate, Quality Insulation
Christian Perez brings over 15 years of customer service experience to his role as Sales Associate at Quality Insulation. While new to the insulation industry, Christian is eager to learn and grow, applying his strong communication skills and dedication to client satisfaction to every project. His approach is rooted in reliability, responsiveness, and building lasting relationships with builders and homeowners alike.
Originally from Florida, Christian attended Valencia Community College in Orlando and has called Texas home for the past ten years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, working on home improvement projects, and discovering new places to eat in the DFW area.
Lance Doyle
Sales
Lance brings five years of sales experience to Quality Insulation, including the last two in the construction world. He works with general contractors and residential builders, making sure they get fast, reliable insulation pricing without the hassle. Lance takes pride in being responsive, communicating clearly, and helping jobs run smoothly from bid to install. He’s always looking to grow and learn from every experience. When not at work, you’ll probably find Lance on the golf course or out exploring a new city.
Olivia Webb
Builder Sales Representative/Social Media Manager
Olivia is a construction professional with 7 years of experience in the field, and her foundation in this industry started at home, learning side-by-side with her dad. From job site visits to hands-on tasks, she picked up the skills that books can’t always teach. She studied at Tyler Junior College and has built her career through hard work, real-world experience, and a deep passion for building things the right way. Outside of work, Olivia is a proud mom of two beautiful kids and sweet dog, Teddy. Balancing motherhood and a career in construction has taught her resilience, grit, and the value of showing up every day ready to work, ready to grow.
Duffy Frazier
Sales – Plano
Duffy joined Quality Insulation in 2016, bringing decades of industry experience to the team. His responsibilities include growing current relationships, prospecting for new customers, doing plan takeoffs, visiting jobsites, and conducting bid negotiations.
Duffy always tries to stay ahead of code changes so he can be a resource for his customers. He frequently attends training and continuing education sessions and stays informed on industry updates. “When my customers think about insulation, I want them to think of me as their ‘Easy Button.’ I want them to know I am always available and willing to help them with their needs and questions. I believe going above and beyond for the customer is a mentality, a way of life, a culture,” he says.
He notes that excellent customer service involves every individual at Quality. “From our trained installers, field supervisors, administrative staff, management, and ownership, we all work as a team to be the best at what we do and that makes the sale easy,” he explains.
Outside of work, you can find Duffy spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
Rick Martin
Sales – Dallas
Rick joined Quality Insulation in 2020. In previous roles, he worked in golf course construction/management, sports field construction, and commercial waterproofing/rigid insulation.
At Quality, Rick is responsible for sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth market. His days consist of consulting with customers, completing takeoffs and proposals, and visiting jobsites when needed.
When working with customers, Rick says he tries to see everything from their point of view. “I want to build strong relationships, so my customers know they can trust me. I know the responsibilities they have, so I just try to make my part easier for them.”
In his free time, Rick enjoys ‘stuggling at golf’, watching his favorite OSU Cowboys, and simply taking the time to laugh and enjoy life.
Rebecca Tidwell
Inside Sales Administrator
Rebecca joined Quality Insulation in 2022 as an Administrator for the Inside Sales team. She has over 20 years of experience providing team support for various industries, such as collision and moving services.
She enjoys helping the Sales team stay organized with her expertise in spreadsheet creativity, note-taking abilities, and experience with various software apps and products. She believes the key to success is providing start-to-finish services on every project so everything stays on track.
In her free time, Rebecca loves to be outdoors, preferably fishing or hiking. She also enjoys spending time at the gym.
